Ingredients
- oil
- garlic 1 clove, peeled
- courgette spaghetti 500g
- fresh pesto 4 tbsp
- mozzarella pearls 125g, drained
- sundried tomatoes 140g, drained
- basil to serve
Method

Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil and the garlic clove in a frying pan until hot, then fry two packs of Tesco courgette spaghetti (£1/250g) for a few minutes until warm and just starting to wilt. Tip into a large bowl and season well, removing the garlic.

Step 2
Toss with 4 tbsp Tesco Finest Pesto and Fresh Basil (£2.50/130g), the Tesco Mini Mozzarella Pearls (£1/125g) and drained Tesco Sundried Tomatoes (£1.50/140g). Drizzle with more olive oil and scatter with torn Tesco Basil (70p/31g) to serve.
