Courgetti with sundried tomato, pesto and mozzarella pearls

At only £1.93 per serving, try our easy 'courgetti' recipe, made with sundried tomatoes, garlic, fresh pesto, mozzarella pearls and courgette spaghetti



  • oil
  • garlic 1 clove, peeled
  • courgette spaghetti 500g
  • fresh pesto 4 tbsp
  • mozzarella pearls 125g, drained
  • sundried tomatoes 140g, drained
  • basil to serve


  • Step 1

    Heat 1 tbsp oil and the garlic clove in a frying pan until hot, then fry two packs of Tesco courgette spaghetti (£1/250g) for a few minutes until warm and just starting to wilt. Tip into a large bowl and season well, removing the garlic.

  • Step 2

    Toss with 4 tbsp Tesco Finest Pesto and Fresh Basil (£2.50/130g), the Tesco Mini Mozzarella Pearls (£1/125g) and drained Tesco Sundried Tomatoes (£1.50/140g). Drizzle with more olive oil and scatter with torn Tesco Basil (70p/31g) to serve.
