Ingredients
- butter 25g
- spring onions 6, roughly chopped
- frozen petit pois 500g
- strong vegetable or chicken stock 600ml
- thick-cut ham 300g, chopped
Method

Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the spring onions for 5 minutes until softened. Add the peas and stock, bring back to a simmer then cook for 3 minutes. Stir in a small handful of the chopped ham, simmer for 2 minutes then take off the heat and use a hand blender to whizz everything together. Season, stir in the rest of the ham then serve.
