Homemade muesli

This recipe couldn’t be easier! By making your own muesli you know exactly what’s in it and you can mix this up to add all the seeds, nuts and dried fruit you love. There’s no added sugar, so serve with fresh fruit for natural sweetness.



  • oats 3 cups
  • mixed nuts 1 cup
  • sesame seeds ½ cup
  • sunflower seeds ½ cup
  • raisins ½ cup
  • dried cranberries ½ cup
  • soft dried apricots 1 cup, chopped

to serve

  • milk or yogurt
  • fresh fruit


  • Step 1

    Tip the oats into a large airtight container and stir in the nuts, seeds, raisins, cranberries and apricots. To serve, spoon a portion into a bowl, pour on some milk or natural yogurt and top with fresh fruit.
