Ingredients
- 6 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 300ml gin
- 4 limes, 1 cut into wedges
- 1 bottle soda water, chilled
Method
- STEP 1
Put the caster sugar in a pan with 6 tbsp water. Simmer gently until all the sugar has dissolved then simmer for 2 minutes and cool.
- STEP 2
Mix together the gin and lime juice and 3 tbsp of the sugar syrup. Divide between 6 old fashioned glasses filled with ice. Top with a splash of soda and a wedge of lime.
