Ingredients
- rye bread 2 slices
- sliced pastrami 80g
- emmental 2 slices
- sauerkraut 2 tbsp
- butter
- dill pickles to serve
DRESSING
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- horseradish sauce 1 tsp
- tomato ketchup ½ tbsp
- spring onion 1, very finely chopped
Method

Step 1
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.

Step 2
Spread one side of the bread with dressing then pile on the pastrami, cheese and sauerkraut. Top with the other slice of bread. Spread the outside of the sandwich with butter, then fry in a hot non-stick pan until the outside is golden and toasted and the cheese has begun to melt. Serve with pickles.
