Ingredients
- 2 red skinned apples, such as Cox’s or Braeburn
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
- a handful walnuts
- a couple of handfuls watercress
Method
- STEP 1
Cut the apple into chunks and toss with the lemon juice. Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard and toss with all the other ingredients.
