Mix the miso paste with 500ml boiling water and bring to a simmer. Add the mushrooms and greens, and simmer for 4 minutes until softened. Add the prawns to warm through for a minute, then remove from the heat. Add the noodles, season with soy, then scatter with the coriander and chilli to serve, if you like.
