- green pepper 1 small, diced
- garlic 1 clove, crushed
- smoked sausage (such as kabanos) 100g, chopped
- dried thyme ½ tsp
- dried oregano ½ tsp
- paprika ¼ tsp
- chilli flakes a pinch
- cooked basmati rice 250g pack

Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook the onion and pepper for 5 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in the herbs and spices. Add the cooked rice and toss until everything is piping hot.Â
