Ingredients
- for frying oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- (such as kabanos) 100g smoked sausage, chopped
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp paprika
- a pinch chilli flakes
- 250g pack cooked basmati rice
Method
- STEP 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook the onion and pepper for 5 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in the herbs and spices. Add the cooked rice and toss until everything is piping hot.
