Ingredients
- spaghetti 400g
- red onion 1, finely chopped
- red chilli 2, finely chopped
- garlic 2 cloves, crushed
- capers 2 tbsp, rinsed and drained
- flat-leaf parsley 2 small bunches, roughly chopped
- lemon 1, juiced
- tuna 2 × 185g tins in spring water, drained
- olive oil 4 tbsp

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta then toss everything together, season and serve.
