  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
  • 2 small bunches flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 × 185g tins in spring water tuna, drained
  • 4 tbsp olive oil


  • STEP 1

    Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta then toss everything together, season and serve.
