Ingredients
- crème fraîche 2 tbsp
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- lemon 1/2, zested
- capers 1 tbsp, drained well and chopped
- cornichons chopped to make 1 tbsp
- dill roughly chopped to make 2 tsp
- cucumber 1 small ridge, sliced diagonally to make ovals
- hot smoked salmon 1 fillet, broken into flakes

Step 1
Mix the crème fraîche, mayo, lemon zest, capers, cornichons, half the dill and season. Spoon onto the cucumber disks, add a piece of the smoked salmon and scatter over a little dill to serve.
