Spiced warm flatbreads

The spices in this 10 minute recipe are a dead-easy way to perk up some bought-in flatbreads for entertaining.



  • Mediterranean flatbreads 8
  • olive oil
  • za’atar 2 tsp (find it in the spice section at supermarkets, or use cumin seeds)
  • natural yoghurt to serve


  • Step 1

    Put the flatbreads on two large baking sheets and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle over the za’atar then bake for 5-7 minutes in a 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 oven until warmed through. Serve with a bowl of yoghurt.
