  • 2 oranges
    roughly chopped
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • 50ml brandy
  • 50ml elderflower liqueur
  • 400-500g plums
    nectarines and peaches, halved and stoned
  • lemonade
    to top up

    Method

    • step 1

      Muddle the oranges in a large jug, then mix in the wine, brandy and liqueur. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavours mingle.

    • step 2

      Add the fruit and top up with the lemonade, then stir well and serve over ice in tumblers or copa de balon glasses.
