Tequila and cream sounds like a rogue combination but using aged añejo tequila works really well in this nutty pudding cocktail.

- 50ml añejo tequila
- 10ml amaretto
- 30ml white crème de cacao
- 30ml single cream
- grated nutmeg and ground cinnamonto garnish
Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients except the garnishes in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a chilled coupe glass and sprinkle over the nutmeg and cinnamon.
