Ingredients
- gnocchi 500g pack
- tomato pasta sauce 350g tub (use any kind you like)
- spinach 100g, chopped
- mascarpone 125g
- parmesan (or veggie alternative) 50g, grated
Method

Step 1
Heat the grill to medium. Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water following pack instructions, then drain. Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a pan and add the spinach, stirring until wilted.

Add the gnocchi to the sauce, season and tip into a heatproof dish. Spoon blobs of mascarpone over. Scatter with the grated cheese and grill until bubbling and golden.
