Ingredients
- baby new potatoes 1kg, halved if large
- mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- soured cream 6 tbsp
- shallots 2, finely chopped
- gherkins or cornichons 6 tbsp, chopped
- baby capers 3 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 2 tsp

Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Mix the rest of the ingredients and season well.

Drain the potatoes and cool then toss with the dressing.
