Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 15g flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 focaccia

Method

  • STEP 1

    Heat the oven to 200c/fan 180c/gas 6. Mix the chilli flakes, garlic, parsley and 3 tbsp olive oil. Halve the focaccia lengthways and brush the sauce over. Season.
    Put both pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Slice into pieces.
