
BBQ corn with garlic and chilli butter

Ingredients
- 125g butter, softened
- 2-3 tbsp (available in supermarkets) garlic and chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 6 corn on the cob
Method
- STEP 1
Mash the butter and sauce together with the coriander. Form into a sausage and wrap in clingfilm. Chill rapidly in freezer.
- STEP 2
BBQ the corn turning frequently for about 7-10 minutes. Serve with slices of the chilli butter on top.
