Ingredients
- butter 125g, softened
- garlic and chilli sauce 2-3 tbsp (available in supermarkets)
- coriander 1 tbsp, chopped
- corn on the cob 6
Method

Step 1
Mash the butter and sauce together with the coriander. Form into a sausage and wrap in clingfilm. Chill rapidly in freezer.

Step 2
BBQ the corn turning frequently for about 7-10 minutes. Serve with slices of the chilli butter on top.
