Ingredients
- 200g samphire
- large knob butter
- a squeeze of lemon,
Method
- STEP 1
Wash and pick over 200g samphire, blanch it boiling water for a minute and drain.
- STEP 2
Heat a large knob of butter in a pan until it starts to brown, add a squeeze of lemon and the and toss the lot together, season with black pepper. Serve as a side.
