Tortellini in brodo with pesto

Ingredients
- 750ml chicken stock
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, shredded
- 1 pack tortellini
- 2 tbsp fresh pesto
Method
- STEP 1
Put the chicken stock, shallots and chilli in a pan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tortellini and cook until it floats to the surface. Spoon into shallow bowls and stir through pesto. Serve with crusty bread.
