Ingredients

  • 2 large spoons lemon sorbet
  • 2 tbsp limoncello or vodka
  • prosecco, chilled, to top up

Method

  • STEP 1

    Divide the lemon sorbet between two glasses. Add a shot of vodka or limoncello to each and top up with prosecco.

  • STEP 2

    Spoon or pour into the cold glasses, scatter with lemon zest, and serve, topped up with more prosecco if you like. Eat with a teaspoon.
