Ingredients
- sourdough bread 3 thin slices
- butter
- cooked ham 3 slices
- cheddar 100g, grated
- double cream 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Method

Step 1
Toast the bread and butter it lightly. Arrange the ham on the bread, trimming it to fit. Mix the cheese with the cream and mustard and spread over the ham.

Step 2
Trim off the crusts and cut each slice into 4. Grill on a baking tray until the cheese is bubbling and browned.
