Chilli spring greens

Spring greens wilted in groundnut oil with chopped chillies. The perfect accompaniment to lamb or grilled chicken and ready in 10 minutes.



  • groundnut oil 2 tbsp
  • red chillies 2, seeded and finely chopped
  • spring greens 400g, shredded


  • Step 1

    Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and add the chillies. Fry for a couple of minutes then throw in the greens and cook for a few more minutes until the greens are wilted but still have their bright colour. Season well.
