Parma ham, artichoke and parmesan bruschetta

These souped-up bruschetta are ideal for grazing: topped with chargrilled artichokes, Parmesan, Parma ham and basil. Ready to tuck into in just 20 minutes.



  • chargrilled artichokes 200g, the ones in olive oil have the best flavour
  • basil a handful of leaves
  • parma ham 8 slices, cut into smaller pieces
  • parmesan (or vegetarian alternative) handful of curls, shaved off a lump
  • ciabatta 8 slices, toasted and drizzled with olive oil

    Lay the ham pieces onto the ciabatta and then pile on the artichoke, basil and parmesan.
