Ingredients
- ciabatta 8 slices, toasted and drizzled with olive oil
- parma ham 8 slices, cut into smaller pieces
- chargrilled artichokes 200g, any large pieces cut in half
- basil a handful of leaves
- parmesan (or vegetarian alternative) handful of curls, to serve
