Ingredients

  • ciabatta 8 slices, toasted and drizzled with olive oil
  • parma ham 8 slices, cut into smaller pieces
  • chargrilled artichokes 200g, any large pieces cut in half
  • basil a handful of leaves
  • parmesan (or vegetarian alternative) handful of curls, to serve

Method
