Ingredients
- lean pork mince 500g
- red onion 1, grated
- tandoori curry paste 2 tbsp
- coriander a small bunch, chopped
- natural yoghurt 150ml pot
- tomatoes 2, chopped
- spring onions 4, sliced
- mini naans to serve
- crisp lettuce leaves to serve
Method

Step 1
Put the mince, onion, curry paste and half the coriander in a bowl, season and mix really well. Form into 4 burgers.

Step 2
Chargrill for about 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through. Meanwhile mix the rest of the coriander with the yoghurt, tomatoes and spring onions. Serve the burgers with warm naans and the raita.
