Ingredients
- lean sirloin or frying steak about 250g, trimmed of all fat and cut into thin strips
- sunflower oil
- root ginger a thumb-sized piece, shredded
- chinese five spice 2 tsp
- spring greens 200g, shredded
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Tilda Rizazz brown basmati 1 pack, heated according to pack instructions
- spring onions 4, shredded
- red chilli 1, shredded
Method

Step 1
Stir-fry the beef in 1 tbsp oil until browned then add the ginger and fry for a minute. Add the five spice, cook for another minute then add the greens with a splash of water and the soy and stir-fry until just tender. Add the rice and toss everything together. Serve in bowls topped with spring onion and chilli.
