  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 large cucumber
    peeled and cut into batons
  • a small bunch parsley
    chopped

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Cool, then mix in the mustard seeds and cucumber. Chill for at least an hour, or until you need to eat it. Stir in the parsley before serving.
