Ingredients

  • chickpeas 400g tin
  • ½ small, sliced
  • cherry or tomatoes 100g, halved
  • flat-leaf parsley a small bunch, chopped
  • sirloin or steak about 200g, trimmed of all fat
  • natural or yoghurt 150ml
  • harissa 2 tbsp

Method

  • Step 1

    Toss together the chickpeas, red onion, tomatoes and parsley. Season the steak well and cook for 1½ minutes each side then rest for 5 minutes. Mix the yoghurt with the harissa and a splash of water. Slice the steak, toss with the chickpeas and serve drizzled with the yoghurt.
