Chorizo with peppers, peas and feta

Try this one-step recipe ready in just 15 minutes. Juicy chorizo and crumbly feta are the ideal combination, served on a bed of marinated grilled peppers and peas.



  • frozen peas 100g
  • marinated grilled peppers 200g, ones from a deli counter will have plenty of flavour
  • feta 100g, crumbled
  • whole baby chorizo or chorizo cut into chunks 100g
  • parsley 1 small bunch, roughly chopped


  • Step 1

    Fry the chorizo in a dry pan until it gives off some oil, then add the peppers and peas and fry them together until the peas are cooked.

    Season, stir in the parsley and sprinkle with feta.
