Ingredients
- penne 200g
- chorizo 150g, sliced
- garlic 1 clove, finely sliced
- SunBlush tomatoes 10, chopped
- red wine 1 glass
- flat leaf parsley a small handful, chopped
Method

Step 1
Cook 200g penne following pack instructions.
Cook 150g sliced chorizo for 2-3 minutes in a pan.
Add a sliced clove of garlic and 10 chopped sunblush tomatoes and season.
Cook for a minute, then add 175ml red wine.
Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes. Stir in a handful of chopped parsley and the pasta.
