Try this recipe for chorizo and SunBlush tomato penne, then check out our penne arrabbiata and penne carbonara.

Ingredients

  • 200g penne
  • 150g chorizo, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely sliced
  • 10 SunBlush tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 glass red wine
  • a small handful flat leaf parsley, chopped

Method

  • STEP 1

    Cook 200g penne following pack instructions.
    Cook 150g sliced chorizo for 2-3 minutes in a pan.
    Add a sliced clove of garlic and 10 chopped sunblush tomatoes and season.
    Cook for a minute, then add 175ml red wine.
    Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes. Stir in a handful of chopped parsley and the pasta.
