Ingredients
- orange 1
- mint 1 small bunch, chopped
- chickpeas 400g tin, rinsed and drained
- parsley 1 small bunch, chopped
- feta 100g, broken into chunks
- olive oil or orange or cider vinegar

Cut the peel and pith off the orange with a sharp knife, then finely slice across the orange. Toss everything together and season well.
