Ingredients

  • red onion ½ small, finely sliced
  • sustainable white fish 275g, cut into small cubes
  • lime juice 3 tbsp
  • pink grapefruit juice 2 tbsp
  • olive oil 2 tbsp
  • pomegranate seeds 2-3 tbsp
  • red chilli 1, finely chopped
  • Tabasco sauce a few drops
  • coriander chopped to make 2 tbsp

Method

  • Step 1

    Toss together all the ingredients and leave for a couple of minutes. Divide between plates and serve.
