
Smoked mackerel on rye with horseradish cream and pickled radish

Ingredients
- 5 radishes, sliced
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp soured cream
- 1 tbsp horseradish cream or sauce
- 2 slices rye bread, toasted
- 1 large fillet peppered smoked mackerel, shredded
- a few fronds dill
- to serve salad
Method
- STEP 1
Put the radishes in a bowl. Mix the vinegar and sugar, season and pour over the radishes. Leave for 10 minutes.
- STEP 2
Mix the cream and horseradish and season. Spread over the rye bread.
- STEP 3
Top with the mackerel, the drained radish and some dill. Serve with a salad.
