Ingredients
- curry paste 1-2 tbsp
- onion 1, chopped
- green chilli 1, sliced
- tin of chopped tomatoes 1
- coconut cream 1 carton
- mango chutney 1 tbsp
- raw peeled prawns 500g
- coriander to serve
- lime squeeze to taste

Step 1
Fry curry paste in oil, add onion, green chilli, chopped tomatoes and coconut cream and simmer until the onion is soft. Add mango chutney and prawns and cook until the prawns are cooked through. Stir in a handful of chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime.
