Ingredients
- potatoes 6, peeled and cut into cubes
- onion 1, diced
- allspice berries 3, lightly crushed (find them in the spice section)
- milk 250ml
- white fish fillets 750g
- Atlantic peeled prawns 500g
- single cream 284ml carton
- dill chopped to make 2 tbsp

Step 1
Put the potato, onion and allspice in a wide pan with 500ml water, the milk and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potato is tender. Add the fish, cover, and cook for 3 minutes until opaque, then stir in the prawns, cream and dill and season. Heat through but don’t boil.
