March 25, 2015 at 3:07 pm Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Pinterest Share on Whatsapp Email to a friend Advertisement Advertisement Ingredients baby gem lettuce 2, finely shredded spring onions 2, very finely sliced white crabmeat 200-250g, or tinned cayenne pepper lemon ½ seafood sauce 4 tbsp, ready made caviar or onuga or salmon caviar (from most supermarkets) Method Step 1 Mix the lettuce and spring onions together in a bowl and season. Season the crabmeat with salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Step 2 Layer the lettuce mix, crabmeat and seafood sauce in shot glasses and finish with a dusting of cayenne pepper and a small spoonful of caviar on top. Step 3 Keep chilled. Serve with small forks or spoons.
