Pomegranates are ideal for adding colour to winter food. Scatter their seeds over tagines and lamb stews, stir through couscous, or smarten up your cocktails by lightly crushing seeds and adding to champagne with a splash of grenadine.

  • pomegranates 3, lightly crushed
  • grenadine

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the champagne into six champagne flutes. Lightly crush the pomegranate seeds and add to the champagne, with a splash of grenadine.
