A super sophisticated party nibble, or canapé for a Christmas dinner party. We all know how well Ibérico ham and manchego ham go together - add rocket for extra punch, and serve alongside a glass (or two) of fizz.

- a handful of leaves rocket
- 100g manchegocut into long batons

Method
step 1
Lay out a slice of the ham and cover one end with rocket leaves. Add a piece of manchego on top of the rocket and roll into a cigar shape. Cut in half to make bite-sized pieces.
