Ingredients
- a small bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- a small bunch tarragon, finely chopped
- ½ a bunch chives, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ a tsp black peppercorns, crushed
- 200g unsalted butter, softened
Method

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl with the soft butter and season generously with salt.
