- pink grapefruit juice 25ml
- lychee syrup 25ml from tinned fruit
- Angostura bitters 3 dashes
- Ice-filled cocktail shaker
- Champagne to top up

Step 1
Put the vodka, pink grapefruit juice, lychee syrup from tinned fruit and 3 dashes angostura bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake, then pour into a glass and top up with bubbly.
