Ingredients

  • 25ml vodka
  • 25ml pink grapefruit juice
  •  25ml from tinned fruit lychee syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ice-filled cocktail shaker
  • to top up Champagne

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the vodka, pink grapefruit juice, lychee syrup from tinned fruit and 3 dashes angostura bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake, then pour into a glass and top up with bubbly.
