Crab, avocado and lime cocktails

A zingy, fresh twist on a dinner party classic, these crab, avocado and lime cocktails are a cinch to make but look and taste thoroughly sophisticated and modern.



  • cooked white crab meat 200g
  • coriander chopped to make 2 tbsp
  • red chilli 1, chopped
  • lime 1, juiced
  • rocket leaves 2 handfuls
  • hass avocados 2, peeled and sliced

lime dressing

  • mayonnaise 150ml
  • lime 1, zested and juiced
  • coriander chopped to make 3 tbsp


  • Step 1

    Toss the crab with the coriander, chilli and lime juice. Season. Divide the rocket leaves between 6 glasses. Layer the crab and avocado in each glass. Mix the dressing ingredients, season and drizzle over the cocktails.
