Ingredients
- cooked white crab meat 200g
- coriander chopped to make 2 tbsp
- red chilli 1, chopped
- lime 1, juiced
- rocket leaves 2 handfuls
- hass avocados 2, peeled and sliced
lime dressing
- mayonnaise 150ml
- lime 1, zested and juiced
- coriander chopped to make 3 tbsp

Step 1
Toss the crab with the coriander, chilli and lime juice. Season. Divide the rocket leaves between 6 glasses. Layer the crab and avocado in each glass. Mix the dressing ingredients, season and drizzle over the cocktails.
