Ingredients
- 200ml (oat or almond work well) dairy-free milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa, plus a dusting
- ½-1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp whippable plant-based cream
Method
- STEP 1
Put the milk, cocoa and maple syrup in a small pan and whisk over a low heat for 2 minutes until smooth and steaming.
- STEP 2
Pour the hot chocolate into a warmed mug, then top with the cream and a dusting of cocoa to serve.
