Ingredients

  • 200ml (oat or almond work well) dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa, plus a dusting
  • ½-1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp whippable plant-based cream

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the milk, cocoa and maple syrup in a small pan and whisk over a low heat for 2 minutes until smooth and steaming.

  • STEP 2

    Pour the hot chocolate into a warmed mug, then top with the cream and a dusting of cocoa to serve.
