A twist on the classic mimosa – the orange juice is swapped for grapefruit and a little triple sec to balance the tart citrus
Pour the grapefruit juice, champagne and triple sec into a large jug, and gently stir to combine. Pour the mimosas into champagne flutes and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
