A twist on the classic mimosa – the orange juice is swapped for grapefruit and a little triple sec to balance the tart citrus

- 500ml chilled ruby red grapefruit juice
- 200ml triple sec
- 750ml champagne, crémant or cavachilled
- rosemary sprigsto garnish
Method

Pour the grapefruit juice, champagne and triple sec into a large jug, and gently stir to combine. Pour the mimosas into champagne flutes and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
