Try this twist on a sgroppino, with champagne or cava and a scoop of berry sorbet to create a 5-minute dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Champagne or cava, chilled
  • 6 small scoops strawberry or raspberry sorbet

Method

  • STEP 1

    Chill 6 champagne flutes.
    Place a scoop of sorbet into each glass, top up with chilled champagne and serve immediately.
