The condensed milk gives this cocktail a thick, glossy look and a sweet taste. Cachaça is a Brazilian spirit made from sugar cane. Look for the Sagatiba brand in Waitrose.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cachaça
  • 3 tbsp passion or fruit juice
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 passion fruit

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the cachaça, passion fruit juice, condensed milk and a scoop of ice cubes into a blender.
    Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a tumbler, add the passion fruit seeds and stir.
    You can add more condensed milk for a sweeter drink.
