Ingredients
- Rock Rose gin 50ml
- lemon juice 20ml
- jam 1 heaped teaspoon of your favourite
- egg white 20ml
- orange or lemon zest to serve

Step 1
Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake very hard to create a fluffy, silky texture.

Step 2
Strain into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with either orange or lemon zest.
