Food writer Jess Elliott Dennison is the creator of Edinburgh café and supper club venue, 27 Elliott’s. Previously a food stylist and part of Jamie Oliver’s retail team, Jess has published two cookery cooks, Salad Feasts and Tin Can Magic.
