Ingredients
- Tuscan or other rustic bread 4 slices
- garlic 2 cloves, halved
- olive oil
- tomatoes 6 very ripe, chopped
- basil a few leaves, shredded
Method

Step 1
Chargrill (griddle) or toast the bread on a bbq for the best flavour. Rub the toasted bread with the cut side of the garlic and halve each slice. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix the tomatoes with some seasoning and the basil and spoon over.
