Broccoli and spiced sausage pizza

Ingredients
- 250g ciabatta bread mix
- 125g thin-stemmed broccoli tips, halved lengthways if thick
- 2 (about 130g) pork sausages, skins removed
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, roughly crushed
- a good pinch mild chilli powder
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- olive oil
- 100g after removing rind taleggio, sliced
- a big pinch chilli flakes
Method
- STEP 1
Make up the bread mix and leave for 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Cook the broccoli for 2 minutes in boiling salted water then drain well.
- STEP 2
Mix the sausage meat with the fennel and chilli powder and season. Pinch into little nuggets. Mix the garlic with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- STEP 3
Briefly knead the dough then roll out to a large pizza base of about 30cm. Brush the oil over the dough then top with the broccoli, taleggio and sausage. Drizzle over the rest of the oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is crisp and golden and the sausage is cooked through.
