- 50ml blended scotch whisky
- 35ml cream sherry
- 25-30ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- egg white(optional)
- maraschino cherriesto garnish
Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients, except the cherries, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well for at least 30 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass and garnish with maraschino cherries on a cocktail stick.
