Sherry whisky sour recipe

  • 50ml blended scotch whisky
  • 35ml cream sherry
  • 25-30ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • egg white
    (optional)
  • maraschino cherries
    to garnish

Method

  • step 1

    Put all the ingredients, except the cherries, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well for at least 30 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass and garnish with maraschino cherries on a cocktail stick.
