Añejo tequila mule

We’ve taken a classic moscow mule and replaced the vodka with aged tequila, which adds a lovely complexity to this easy highball.

- 40-50ml añejo tequila
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- ginger beerto top up
- mint sprig and lime wheelto garnish
Method
step 1
Half fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup, then gently stir. Add more ice to the glass and top up with the ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
